By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the In-director platform for personal or professional creative use in accordance with these Terms.
Access to the Service is provided digitally immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped; all access and plan management is handled through your account on the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Payments for access to the Service are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in your specific offer. By purchasing access, you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your right of withdrawal (if any) may cease once digital access has been provided. Certain jurisdictions grant consumers mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits such statutory protections.
All platform content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the service remain the exclusive property of In-director or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own creative content. By uploading or creating content through the service, you grant In-director a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall In-director be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service, even if In-director has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, In-director's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to In-director for access to the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
In-director reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to you where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The materials on In-director's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. In-director makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
You agree not to use the service in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, without limitation, (a) violating any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or our systems; (d) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service; and (e) using automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the service, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, but any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
